Our letters and numbers are suitable for outdoor use in dry weather conditions. However, should the weather become inclement, it is imperative to bring them indoors promptly. Additionally, these items should not be left outside overnight to ensure their preservation and functionality. 

 Absolutely! Just let us know when you need our Light Up Letters and Numbers, and we'll handle the delivery to your venue and arrange for collection the next day. Delivery charges will be calculated at quotation stage. 

Not a problem.  Many venues require your suppliers to present valid public liability insurance and an up to date PAT testing certificate. Both of these documents are freely available upon request for you send to your venue. 

Our standard hire period for Light Up Letters and Numbers is three days. This allows ample time for delivery, setup, and collection, ensuring your event goes smoothly without the stress of tight time constraints. Whether your celebration spans multiple days or you simply need a relaxed setup and takedown schedule, our three-day hire period provides the flexibility and convenience you need. To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required. This deposit ensures your reservation is confirmed and guarantees the availability of our Light Up Letters and Numbers for your event. The deposit will be deducted from the total hire cost, and the remaining balance will be due prior to delivery.
